After dropping out of Guildhall aged 18, Ethan began immersing himself in the fringes of London's music communities, collaborating with acts like Jeshi, TTY, Jockstrap, Vegyn, slowthai, Celeste and Black County, New Road before word spread of his deep lyricism and surrealist compositions, which led him to work with FKA twigs on her Magdalene album.
Now on the Young label, where he joins FKA Twigs and The XX, he released the Universal Deluge EP earlier this year.

XVNGO is a pioneering saxophonist and producer, at the forefront of the JAZZ DRILL and POST-TRAP genres. These constitute a fusion of classical, trap, jazz, drill, hip-hop and electronic forms of music. All drawn from the dynamic sounds of south London.
