The Stingrays is comprised of members of the Yellow Days live band (Hector Delicious, George Van Den Broek a.k.a Yellow Days and Milo-G). The trio have been touring and recording together internationally since the age of 17 in such places as the US, Japan and Australia. Fast forward to 2024, they have combined their musical flavours to create a unique sound encompassing the idiosyncrasies of psych rock and soul.
Following the release of Attawalpa’s debut album 'Presence' (4 stars in Mojo) in 2022, Attawalpa, a.k.a British Peruvian artist Luis Felber, has put together a band of distinct and accomplished musicians formed to replicate his recorded sound and then surprise with a new alchemy. their new album 'Experience" will be released later in 2024.
Attawalpa and Matt Allchin (bass/co-writer/ producer) have scored Sony Picture Classics release Sharp Stick and producing the soundtrack for Amazon Films’ Catherine Called Birdy’ alongside award winning composer Carter Burrell. He's also created a Netflix show with his wife Lena Dunham called 'Too Much.'. It's due for release soon and features cool performances from the likes of Fontaines DC and Nadine whilst Arrawalpa and Allchin did the soundtrack.
